New Forum Rules

These forums from this time forward are only for groups to discuss parties and planning for Rustycon and Norwescon. In other words, if your party will not be taking place within the hotel(s) or the convention, your posts and conversations will be deleted.

I let this slide with the Party at the End of the Universe last year because we were all scrambling to adapt to the the new rules that the Doubletree put forth. But we all know what the score is now, and this forum is for groups who want to work within the rules and support the hotel and the conventions.

This is not a place to disparage the hotel or the con, or to try to dissuade groups from hosting parties there.

If you're planning a party to take place outside of these parameters, you'll need to find a different place to talk about it. My apologies for any inconvenience this may cause...
