Yes Parties are welcome at Norwescon and at the Double Tree.
I had more cooperation from the Hotel this year DURING con than ever before. The service we received was really prompt. The hotel provided many things complimentary for us without question.
I hope we are all there again next year. (Con that is. The Hotel is still a little questionable)
