There will be an opportunity to talk with the chair, vice chair, etc. at the meeting. Alll of our meetings have an agenda. It's a good idea to contact the chair and ask that your agenda item be added because time is limited and we have specific tasks that need to be accomplished.

Although, if you simply want to start a dialog there will likely be time in the break between the executive team meeting and the general concom meeting.

I cannot attend the april 26th meeting, I have to work, but I would be VERY interested in what was said. Could someone let me know?
